I really liked it once I figured out how to set it to pounds. Normally you hold it in a horizontal position to weigh a suitcase but to set it you hold it in a perpendicular position.

Excellent product. Very good closing system (better than others that use a hook system instead). The weight it displays is very close to what is displayed in airport scales.
