The bands have been great. Blue isn't needed...too easy. The others will give you a good workout.

The bands do exactly what I need them to do, but they tend to roll and bunch up while using them which ends up hurting my hands.

Very happy with my loop bands. Medium, heavy, and X heavy are very thick high quality band. Light band is nice and easy to use. Good bag, bigger than I thought it'd be. Cool free workout how-to .pdf with purchase... pretty awesome! Great product.
