Ceramic Marble Coated Non Stick"Green" Saucepan 16 cm, 1.5 qt

I've had this a few months and I use it nearly every day. Nothing sticks to the pan - not even eggs or cheese. It appears that it'll last a good long time if well-cared for.UPDATE: 9/12/2019I've had this pan for about 2.5 years now. I only use it a couple times a week now, but it's still like new. I wouldn't want to be without it.

I had two pots previously love them. Be aware the bottom is made of same all over which slides on glass top. Takes a little longer to boil, but once hot, you really have to turn it down to medium. Much safer and longer lasting than other made. It did not come as picture, the metal ring area under the nob is same plastic, but ok to me. Lid not well fitted that steam came out all around instead of the hole, but good material

I ordered this pan because I didn't have one the correct size (1 1/2 quarts) for a recipe I wanted to prepare. I had tried to make do with smaller and larger pans in the past, but it never worked out quite right, either taking longer than expected with a smaller pan or threatening to scorch with the larger pan. However, after I got the pan, I fell in love with the finish. One truly only needs a paper towel to wipe out the interior. This pan is quickly becoming my favorite pan. Easy to clean, has a nice heft to it, so it stays put on the gas burner. Very easy to clean. I like that the entire pan is non-stick, so if there is a spill over the side while cooking, the residue is as easy to clean as the inside of the pan.

Buy these. If any decent user of any pan when cooking, the excellent craftsmanship will rears it's beautiful head. Even if one does not want to soak their pans before cleaning them do not worry. Product is not of cheap production. It is not made to last a few weeks. No this is the cooking ware us busy chefs have been looking for. I have used and abused this item when cooking and they have come out smiling fresh and ready to go another round. Good for the dish washer, or hand washing. I'd bet they work wonders on the BBQ when camping in the woods or on the back porch. If they were more expensive they would still be worth it. Slammed them around and no scratches or dings that the eye can see. I own a wok and this small pan so far. Again so far.

After owning this pot for a year, the nonstick coating is flaking away. I have never used this pan on high heat, never used anything but wooden or silicone utensils with it, always hand washed with soft sponge - never been in the dishwasher, I hang it up on a hook so it does not have other pans resting in it ever. When cooking rice or sauce, the lid will bubble up and you will have spills over the sides of the pan. The price is decent for this pot, just does not have the longevity I need in my kitchen.

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a pot for milk specifically that's easy to clean the residue after boiling. handwashed and the residue just slided off the pot with water. pouring out was awesome too. no sliding along the pot.

This pot has the best non stick surface we have ever seen. Also it is light weight yet cooks well and evenly. A potential problem is with its light aluminum construction, we question it's durability. However, we've used it about a month and as of yet its holding up fine. Time will tell.Also the glass lid is beautifully engineered with a small vent hole to prevent steam and liquid from spewing out and dripping down the side of the pan. You can clearly see the food cooking and the plastic handle makes the lid easy to grip with a bare hand even when hot.
