Cruise-Mate® Chrome for Harley-Davidson motorcycles 1996 - (except 2014 + touring models Road King, Road Glide, Street Glide, Electra Glide)

Had to take the switch housing to a machinist friend to drill the hole and tap it. But for him, it was easy. For me, not so much. But, it works great and instructions are clear and easy to follow. DO NOT TRY TO DRILL BY HAND!

Works great! It definitely took a while to get it dialed in exactly how I need it. But once dialed in, it holds the speed exactly where I set it. I can definitely see how the jig would make installation easier, but it’s really not necessary. Installation took approx 30min from start to finish with the right tools.

This was installed on a 2006 Bigdog K9 . Pretty straight forward if you follow the instructions. The install kit for Harley will not help . That was the only hard part because it overlaps into the opposite housing slightly. Take it off the bike and bolt it back together , drill and tap , put it back on, install the threaded nut and it will work fine.

I have a 97 Harley Heritage Softail Classic and have been using a throttle boss to help keep my hand from cramping. This has probably been the best accessory I have added to it.

Does not work well. Tried different adjustments but on the road just doesn’t hold. Install was easy enough wish it worked.

WOW what a great surprise! This arrived 5 days earlier then predicted. I already had one on one bike & wanted this for my other Harley. Was nice enough to take for a tryout and It works perfect.
