Staedtler Triplus Fineliner 0.3mm Pens 12 Color Set

I purchased these pens ( Staedtler Triplus Fineliner 0.3mm Pens 12 Color Set ) to use with a Rhodia Wirebound Pad 6X8.25 Black Dot to use for bullet journaling. Overall, I'd highly recommend this pen set! Pros: - Great price! - Lots of colors! Which is great for bullet journaling and gives me the chance to use different colors for custom threads or doodles. * - Little to no bleed through. * - Case Included! And it's got a little bit extra room to add a other writing utensils. I was able to add 2 mechanical pencils, a ball point pen and a highlighter with a little more room to spare. That way I can throw this in my purse and go. Also it's not so bulky that it takes up a bunch of room. I really like the triangular shape of the case for this reason. Cons: - The yellow pen kind of useless. It's super hard to see and I doubt I'll find much opportunity to use it. I wish they had included a different color or maybe even a second black. A minor complaint but something that crosses my mind every time I see the yellow. :P * See attached pictures.

Love these pens for the small point and lasting color. Doesn't smudge and dries quickly. Instant repurchase when I lose them or run out of ink.

Loved these! I love how they don't roll because they are triangular! The colors were pretty. These were my favorite pens for a long time. Now, my favorites are Frixxion (because they erase and work for a lefty!) and Papermate InkJoy. Oh. . . and Flair, of course. If I could find these at a better price point, they'd probably be back on my list again. It's been a long time since I bought them, but I don't remember them being super cheap. I know that back when I was obsessed with them and bought them at a local store, they were pretty pricey compared to what I'm using now.

I love these pens. The variety of colors in the 12 pack is good and it's easy to work out a color system in my planner with matching highlighters and page flags. The pens are water soluble so they aren't ideal for art journaling unless that's the look you are going for. I don't care for the triangular shape of the pens, but it is nice that they don't roll away when I set them down. The pen lids don't firmly attach to the pen bottoms so I end up holding the lid in my hand while I'm using them. I do wish they'd included just about any other color rather than the yellow. It doesn't show up on anything so it feels like I've really only got an 11 pen set. These pens are perfect for using in my planner and the slim shape makes them easy to carry in my pencil case. The ink is vibrant and flows smoothly. I keep finding myself checking out bigger sets with more colors. I will definitely buy more in the future.

High quality pens! Nice variety of colors.

I hopped on the Bujo bandwagon and bought these pens with a Leuchtturm journal. For the most part, I really like them. You can see a shadow of the darker colors on the other side of the page. It's not super disruptive, but I do try to keep the other side of some of my pages dark-color free if it's a page I'll be referring back to often. When there's a lot on a page plus the shadows of the other side, I just feel like it looks too cluttered. Anyway, these pens do write great. Very smooth and I like how fine they are. The colors are also a nice variety. The yellow is not very legible in normal lighting, so I can't really use it for text, mostly for borders and decorations. The orange also doesn't really pop as much as I thought it would. It's more of a yellow-orange. Overall though, there are plenty of other colors for writing in, so I don't feel like it's much of a loss and I still get use out of the lighter colors.

My classmate had this, and her notes looked so beautiful. So I had to copycat and get one myself. My notes aren't as pretty as my classmate's, but it definitely helps with organization of study materials and with studying. Colors are vibrant and they don't bleed. And the plastic container is great as I can put it on the side of my backpack in the water bottle pocket. One small COMPLAINT though. The plastic container does not close very tight. Couple times when I was late for my class, I was running, and the shaking motion released the top from the bottom, then all the pens fell out. I remedied this by putting some tape on the lip of the bottom so that the lid will close much more tightly. Now, problem solved. I wish it CLICKED shut (protruding notch will do the trick).

These are really nice pens for everyday writing and colouring. The tips are very fine, so your writing looks neat and precise. They’re also comfortable to hold because of the triangular shape, which makes a difference if you’re using them for a while. The colours are bright and there’s a good variety, which makes them great for notes or drawing. They also don’t dry out quickly, even if you forget to put the cap back on. The only downside is that they can show through thinner paper, and the ink isn’t super bold. Simple, reliable pens that are great for school, work, or journaling.
