Perfect for all my Powders

I bought these to place in multiple containers that I use for powders for cooking/baking. They are the perfect size and they fit into the containers very well. They clean up easily. I am very happy with them.

I got these for a couple use cases around the kitchen. Namely to leave one in a bag of active yeast for bread making and another in my salt pig for quick measured tsps of salt. But I’ve started keeping them in other larger spice bags I have too, like cumin or berbere. There very handy and accurate. The handle is not too big or small and the plastic is sturdy. I’m sure there are loads of other uses for these I haven’t found yet too. It’s nice to have some extras lying around for random uses.

I buy spices in bulk and pour them into anything from half pint to gallon size mason jars. Yes, I own measuring spoons, but you don't want to use the same teaspoon for garlic powder right after using cinnamon powder. And wiping off the spoon after each use was annoying. Having a spoon in every jar is so convenient! I was concerned they were going to be flimsy plastic, but they're actually sturdy. I'm vaguely certain I checked the size against my other teaspoons, and they were the same. Really good value, I'd buy more for sure.

Good quantity and average quality for the price. They measure accurately (1 tsp.), and are a basic white plastic, not fancy, but they do the job. I put one in each of my loose tea containers and in a jar of granola that sits on the counter. Because my containers are clear glass, I would have preferred a black spoon to be more discreet and classy, but these work fine. The short handle length was important to store the spoon easily inside the container, so keep that in mind if that’s how you’re using these spoons.

They fit inside the 8oz mason jars I use for storage. I like having a dedicated measuring spoon in each jar. Things like tea it is perfect.

Worked just fine

One day I opened my kitchen drawer to get a teaspoon to measure something for a recipe, and discovered that all of my teaspoons had been left in various containers of stuff and none were available. I bought this bag of them so I'd always have one available and could still leave them in things.They are sturdy enough but I wouldn't try to scoop something stiff with them. They are good for powders, dry goods and liquids. I checked one against my Tupperware measuring spoon and it's accurate.A note on the size: The description says it's 1.25" across, but this is not quite accurate. The spice jar opening needs to be at least that wide, which means the spoon is a smidge smaller than that. See attached photo.
