Bowhunter's #1 Choice. This run and gun pack will keep you light on your feet and still carry everything you need…Don't be fooled by the cubic inches, the Trailblazer works equally well for the rifle hunter.

tan straps/buckles larger water bottle pockets and much better zipper pulls
I have an original Trail blazer which was called the "Predator Pack" when it was offered. This one has very valuable updates such as the grab handle, tan straps/buckles larger water bottle pockets and much better zipper pulls, but could still be better. The weapon pouch works fine, but because it is designed for bow or rifle, is much bigger than needed for a rifle. It also lacks a drain hole so will fill with water in the rain. both of these are easily fixed, and I usually have to modify most of my hunting/back packing gear, but still these are pretty obvious things that should have been included in this update. The straps could be a little longer so you can carry even more clothing, etc. I have not been able to find matching buckles so have not been able to make extensions so make do with accessory straps I made myself. It would be good if extensions were offered by Crooked Horn.Even with these issues, this is still one of the best day hunting packs available in my opinion. It weighs less than than 4 lbs, is waterproof and virtually indestructible. There are many pockets to store stuff in, including easy access to a pocket tool and flashlight, cleaning rod or what every you like to have handy. The ability to store your rifle/bow for transport mode then easily switch to stalking mode where you carry your weapon on your shoulder or in your hand is really nice for my old back

Very Nice Hybrid Fanny Pack
I was looking for an upgrade from a fanny pack that finally gave up the ghost. I tried the Badlands Monster, great pack, but it wasn't what I was looking for, I sold it and picked up this pack. Got to give it a few seasons to really put it through it's paces to know what I really think of it. So far my opinion is that it's a nice smallish hybrid fanny pack. Things I like include the built-in gun/bow pouch, hydration system compatible, the two small side accessory pockets are great for quick access to my knife and flashlight. The cloth is quiet and its supposed to be waterproof. All-in-all, a pretty nice pack for the price. I also like the "No Bull" warranty and the fact they're made in America.
