I bought the Instabrew french press coffee maker to wean my dad from the instant coffee pouches he's having to use for his coffee. He's quite fond of filter coffee and I thought it would be a great personal gift for him, although it would be my mom who would use it to make him his coffee twice a day using it. We have used it for around a week and below are my observations about it.To get the filtered coffee (Which we source from our home state, Kerala) you've got to first perfect the technique to be used to get the perfect brew. The trick is to put in the required coffee grains or beans into the pot. Add the required amount of hot water into the coffee maker ensuring that the water is not piping bubbling hot, just very hot. Then insert the plunger with the filter but not the whole way down immediately. Just plunge it down to the top of the hot water level and let the coffee beans or grains and water percolate for 4-5 minutes. Then with the steady slow movement push the plunger down till the bottom to get that perfectly cultured and filtered drink. No point having the device and using it incorrectly and then not getting the desired results. This is how my mom is using it.The Instabrew French Press Maker is sufficient for 2-3 small cup size serving and perfect for coffee when my mom makes it for dad and herself or for dad and me. As we had a bit of a stock of filtered coffee grains we've been indulging ourselves daily nowadays. The French Press Coffee maker features multi-level filtration system and tough Borosilicate glass carafe which is quite tough and heat resistant. All the strong plunger and filter parts in stainless steel make it a long term use item. It is also certified to be food safe by by labs so no reason to be worried.My Verdict:All in all a very good product. The quality is high and functionality is unbeatable. This translates into one very satisfied customer. Dad and Mom are both happy with the gift. Go for it without any doubts if you're a coffee lover like us, or for even tea. Apparently it can also be used to make cold coffee and iced tea and I can't wait till the summers to try those out.

So basically the machine is to brew your coffee and to enhance the tasteI was unsure when I ordered it but after I have started making my coffee and tea in the room i love the technology.It brews your instant coffee keep reduces segmentated and gives a good blend and foam making it taste more like coffee mocha.It's also travel friendly so hola i am surely gonna include this in my check list

I always wanted to try a French press coffee for a long time, Coffee comes out too good and tasty... Quality of the components used in putting together this press are all top class... Borosilicate glass withstands very high temperatures, stainless steel used to make the plunger is great quality... All in all I am very happy that I bought this French press... Making coffee is so easy in this and the outcome is a great, tasty. Cleaning the jar is very easy Go for this guys, u won't regret.

I love coffee so i got this to have a rich flavor of the coffee. Easy to use and it really enhances the flavor of your coffee by extracting out the flavor of coffee from every bean. The body is made of glass so handle with care. The mixing blade quality is good.

This is nice design French press coffee, also filter is good, also we can carry while traveling, also nice packaging because glass was safe.

Gave it was a gift to a friend who enjoys a good cup of coffee. It is durable, easy to clean and easy to use.
