Perfect flavor for what I need
I use it in espressos and other coffee drinks, and I can say it tastes no different than sugary syrups. Yes, the sugar taste comes from artificial sweeteners and to some that is a serious concern. But when you are forced to live on a no-sugar restricted diet, and want a classic caramel taste, you are severely limited on your available choices. Works for me and provides that caramel flavor.
