A simple, reasonably priced, padded snowboard bag
What is it?A simple, reasonably priced, padded snowboard bag that’s useful for transporting around a snowboard and gear. I’m only using it for storing some vintage snowboards and preventing them from getting dinged and scraped. Though this bag would have been nice to have when I used to snowboard. What does it have?1 unpadded carry handle1 detachable unpadded shoulder strap1 set of padded backpack straps which can be hidden in its own pocket1 small utility pocketHow big is it inside?length - 170 cm in the middle, curving in at nose and less at tailwidth - 30.5 cmheight - 16.5 cm tapering to 7.5 cm towards the topTo figure out if your board will fit, measure your board with a tape measure from tip to tail, and at the widest point for width. The “size” written on the board (150, 160, etc ) is often not accurate at all.How does the zipper work?It opens up along the bottom and 3/4 up along the right. So you essentially slide the top of the board first upwards into the bag. What's it made of?an exterior of ripstop polyester laminated inside with PVCa middle layer of somewhat thin paddingan interior layer of polyester tarpThe padding and tarp layers completely surround the board unlike some other bags on the market that only have them on the bottom.Everything looks and feels reasonably durable, with enough toughness and padding to protect against the inevitable regular dings and scrapes from being transported around. And the interior tarp material will likely stand up to cradling sharpened edges as long as you are reasonably gentle when putting in your board. Can it be used for rough travel / flying?I’ve never transported a snowboard under these conditions, but based on the features on my regular luggage, there are some warning signs that this isn’t designed for it :no corner / edge reinforcement where bags always take a hitno compression straps to hold things togetherno interior straps to hold the interior contents to the bagno beefy zipper heads to survive twisting with a lock on itno beefy thread / double stitchingFor my needs, this bag is nearly perfect for a reasonable price. But I docked a star because there are no interior straps to hold the board to the bag. Which is very useful even for my simple needs.

Couldn't have asked for more!
Just received the item in the mail. I haven't got to use it yet but at this point I'm definitely impressed! This snowboard bag seems to do EXACTLY what it was designed for: protect your snowboard and allow for easy transport. It's worth saying that the item actually looks much better in real life than in that photo. For me, these are the most notable features:- Thick padding all around- Tough material on the outside, and the inside seems to be covered by that material used to make camping tarps. Definitely water proof!- Stow-able backpack straps for easy carrying is definitely a plus- Bang for your buck! There really aren't many negative things to say about this bag. If anything:- Make backpack straps longer and thicker, e.g. more padding- Add more padding on the shoulder strapOverall, if you're looking for a snowboard bag that'll protect your snowboard while it's being thrown around (or even let you hike up the mountain with it), this is exactly what you are looking for. On the other hand, if you're trying to impress your friends or need something 'stylish', you might want to look elsewhere (e.g. Burton, Dakine).

The bag itself is what I expected. However the ...
The bag itself is what I generally what expected. It will have room for my board w/ bindings, helmet, gloves, and pants. The protective lining should do a better job of protecting from sharp edge cuts. Which is better than my Burton. So overall a good value for the price. I rated the bag four stars, only because the external pocket was small and if it had some larger internal pockets it would be an awesome five starts. However the unit I received was missing the shoulder strap. When I raised the issue with customer service they quickly responded and sent a strap to me. Hence an upgrade to five stars on the basis of super customer service.

Great bag - just needs to be a bit wider
This bag has served me well on several snowboarding trips. My only complaint is that I wish it was just a bit wider - when I fold my bindings down, it's a bit of a squeeze to get the bag to zip around them. It fits, but not comfortably. Otherwise, no complaints!

Great fully padded snowboard bag!
This bag is a great purchase! As described it is a fully padded snowboard bag, which will protect your board from getting banged up in travel. It is big enough to slide in your board and bindings attached to the board. There is also a convenient small pouch on the front for any extra items you want to carry. The bag has two ways to be carried: 1 shoulder strap and 1 pair of hidden backpack straps. Both are convenient. The bag is very useful and durable. It is a great purchase at a great price!

Well made. Great price.
Nice bag. Bought for my son to use on a flight out west. Appears to have enough padding to transport his board safely. Great price. Not a bad looking bag. Nothing fancy, just a black bag. Zippers are well made. Holds a 156 board with room to spare.

It is easy to slide a board in and out
A superb snowboard sack. It is easy to slide a board in and out, and the bag is big enough to fit two boots, ski pants, ski helmet, gloves, and goggles. It has an ok-ish amount of padding, I would sandwich my board between my ski pants and some other articles of clothing. After that, I can confidently toss it down the checked luggage chute at the airport.

Padded Snowboard Bag
Great Bag! Bought this along with an eBag eTech Boot Bag and it a great match. My son is only twelve but he is 5'9" and his board is bigger. He snowboards with is school and these to products are great for keeping things organized. Lots of room so when I take my other boys we can fit their boards in too.
