The silicone is very soft and flexible, making it quite comfy. However, it is too long and the 'flap' catches. I have a small-average size wrist and it goes almost twice around my wrist. It loosens and the clasp opens up - it seems to be too short for the thickness of the band.

Too stretchy to retain your fitbit in place.
There is too much give in the band, it stretches and bends when taking jacket off and in bed. Eventually lost my fitbit with the band still on my wrist. Also, the grey colour is actually lilac.
