How do you apply this product? I purchased the white one and am not sure how to apply.

If you have short nails just use your fingers . Close your eyes and apply it on your eye lid and or up to your eyebrow if you are putting eye shadow there. If you have long nails you can use a eye shadow brush to get the product. Just use it as a base for where you want your eye shadow to be.

Is this product good to use?

I have the one in skin color. It's not bad, but I like the liquid one more.
