Trust Verto Wired Vertical Ergonomic Mouse with LED Illumination, Black

Having worked in customer services for 20 years I’m no strange to repetitive strain injury and painful hands, I’ve used a similar mouse for the last year or so. After returning from annual leave to find my mouse had gone walkabouts I had to look for another, I was very pleased to find this one as it’s exactly the same as the one that went missing. It’s easy to install - just plug in and go, as it’s wired no batteries to worry about, very responsive and for someone who is badly affected by RSI in my hands this takes the pain out of operating a computer mouse. This mouse stops my hand from hurting at the end of the word day.

I've bought the mouse in 2021 and it's still holding up great. I've had zero issues with it. The vertical design and ergonomic shape have been a huge help for me as someone who has a tendency to really tense up my fingers. In any normal mouse I would come away with hurting fingers, but this has solved my issue. It definitely takes some getting used to, especially with the way you click but once I was past that stage my hand and fingers fit far more naturally with this mouse rather than the standard ones.If someone struggles with wrist pains I'd advise getting a little cushion, I know it was necessary for me, as the mouse wouldn't do it alone.Plus the price is really resonable for a solid product that I got.For reference my hand measures aprox. 17cm (up to the middle finger) and the mouse fits perfectly in.

I have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel and bought this mouse in order to ease the discomfort. Whilst it's good quality and easy to use, the only problem I found is that is a bit too large, hence the low rating in comfort. I have small hands and short fingers, and I couldn't reach the end of the buttons, ending with more pain as I had to change my arm position. I have given the mouse as a present to someone else and they love it, but it was too large for me.

My very first vertical mouse and overall very happy and taken to the vertical handling instantly it feels natural and it didn't need to grow on me. I went for the wired version to avoid charging and interference woes.Not sure why review form asked me to rate battery life on a wired mouse so I've not rated gaming or battery life as I only use it for non-gaming day to day use.Some small niggles so far on first day of use:The forward backward buttons - The backward button is slightly above natural thumb resting position so I can reach that fine. I probably use the back button the most for browsing and folder navigation more than I use the forward button so not an issue.The forward button is slightly forward to reach from natural thumb resting position so if I want to reach the forward button, I have to lift my wrist off the desk and hand forward into the crease so my thumb can reach slightly more forward. I don't think I have small hands! Glad I rarely need to navigate forward.Blue LED - The LED is subtle and not distractingly bright like others I've seen. It would be nice if it could be turned off although that would probably increase cost. Perhaps a non-LED version would save cost. I could always tape it over as it's below the thumb position so any tape would not catch or affect ergonomics.Vertical angle - I would have preferred a slightly more vertical angle so that forearm and hand is similar to that when holding a cup. There is a slight twist to arm, probably like holding a game controller. Probably a subjective thing as everyone is different.No major niggles that affect my usage, it has only been a few hours of use since delivery but overall very happy and used to the natural position I'd recommend it.

It's a comfy mouse that fits perfectly with my hand size, but can get a bit tricky if you're not used to holding one before.Clicking the scrollwheel is a bit difficult (a bit weird moving my index finger down to it, and not strong enough for my middle finger). Instead, I used a mouse remapping tool to reassign the side mouse button to middle click and it works a charm, for most websites I don't even have to use the scroll wheel. I haven't found much use for the other side mouse button, so I reassigned that to a key combination to re-open the last browser tab I closed.For gaming, it works fine for more casual games but I'm still not fully used to the scroll wheel when my hand is tilted sideways like this. Maybe I'll get better at it, but I don't think it'd be too effective for eSports games.

I have used ergonomic mice for years they are so comfortable. i wanted a mouse for another computer of mine. I saw this in Amazon warehouse. I only collected it yesterday and used it the next day.Firstly it connects straight away as soon as you plug the cable (USB) in the mouse is ready to go.The design is nice ergonomic and fits the hand very comfortable. The buttons are easy to reach and very accessible. When the mouse is on there is a blue LED light as part of the design on the side of the mouser. The wheel moves easily with no problem .For a change I choose a mouse with a cable .This mouse as got a very long cable . it is approx 60 inches long. A nice length.I am very happy with this product and if I ever need another ergonomic mouse I shall get one from TRUST. I am also very happy that I spotted it in Amazon warehouse.

I've had mine for just over a year now, and whilst it's certainly more comfortable to use, the wheel is not working 100% of the time - I can turn it with my finger, and nothing happens on screen - which is frustrating.It comes with a 5yr guarantee, so I will be looking into using that...

Massively helped with my carpel tunnel issues. Being a programmer, I was starting to get numb arms from overuse on heavy coding sessions, but this has now cleared up. It's easy to use and the build quality feels nice after a month or so of using. The LED light is a nice touch and not too bright or in your face. In terms of performances, not noticed any lag or accuracy issues. Over all very happy.

Si te agradan los gadgets y solo compras por curiosidad será una buena opción para tu colección. Si lo que buscas es usar algo nuevo , ergonomico es una buena opción para usar todo el día, se siente la diferencia al usar un mouse normal, al principio es difícil usarlo pero rápidamente te acoplas a usarlo, el uso que le doy es de oficina me funciona a la perfección. Yo lo uso sin almohadilla reposa muñeca ya que siento que me lástima y me es incómodo por la posición que le da a la muñeca a la hora de usar el mouse. Al principio tenía dudas por la calidad pero es de muy buena calidad el material y vale la pena por el precio. Funciona sin problemas en Windows no se con Mac.
