Great umbrella. It is well belt and oerformed well in the wind. Well designed and has spring mechanism. Goood coverage for one that folds up.

The stem is nice and long so you can rest it on your shoulder without holding your arm up and without it touching your head. Meaning it is comfortable in use and has no issues. I also like the sound it makes when it opens, this opening action sounds smoother than similar types I have tried. It has a good sized handle but it is round so opening and in particular closing in a hurry is not intuitive as it is with an oval shaped handle with the button on one of the short edges. Not too heavy. Overall recommended

I am really impressed how this small umbrella unfolds into something this large. Survived reasonably strong gusts of wind. They don't advertise it, but the canopy is covered with water repellent solution, so it dries almost instantly.

Bought this for my sons geography field trip in the Lake District; it stood up to the howling winds and driving rain brilliantly. His was the only umbrella not to be negatively affected by the wind. Therefore it was a very good purchase.
