Great protection from Wind and Rain, in all weathers!
A good quality jacket for wearing over your own clothes keeping them dry in all weathers, wind and rain.Light enough for your skin to breathe and waterproof, so shouldn't take long to dry when out in heavy rain. It comes with its own Pack it bag to store it away, and a 12 month Guarantee by Regatta themselves.

Very compact jacket
For the price I paid this a very good waterproof jacket. It's so compact can be shrinked into a very small package. And very thin layer to be worn over the clothes with good breathability . I like the black colour suit my needs.

Great value
I bought this for work because it was cheap, and waterproof. It's proved really useful, fits well without restricting movement.

Great product
It's slightly oversized which is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Don't expect a heavy material that keeps you warm, it's light weight and compact. Perfect to carry around and use when out and about when it rains.

It is waterproof, but beware..
It is a very cheap waterproof coat - if you are going to be standing, cold and in rain, this will do the job. If you are going to be moving in any way, shape or form, this coat is not breathable whatsoever. I wore it for the Yorkshire 3 peak challenge where there was a mixture of sun and rain, and regardless of the weather because of the lack of breathability I was soaked with sweat under the coat - at that point the waterproofing doesn’t really matter since I was drenched either way! Spend a little more and get a coat that is more breathable, even if it is at the cost of waterproofness - it will be worth it in the long run.

Brilliant, Really Good!
So I bought the Regatta Pack-it Jacket along with the Pack-it Trousers with the thought of them being "just ok for the price", however since having used them several times in some absolutely terrible wet and windy weather they are really proving to be a fantastic purchase. I bought the XL sizes to fit over my usual L sized clothing (and body fit) and this works out really great with them easily fitting over my usual trousers and fleece jacket. The jacket and trousers come with a small pack bag into which they roll up and can be stored in a small space in a bag/pocket etc for use when needed - the pack would be better in a coat pocket or bag than a trouser pocket due to the size (which isn't that big - but too big for a trouser pocket). Quality wise they are fine and seem to be standing up to loads of use with the zipper being easy use and general workmanship appearing to be sound. I always find a negative point (as nowt's perfect) - the jacket and trousers have an opening to access the pockets within your underjacket/trousers, for some reason Regatta has sewn these openings to face forwards rather than backwards which means that you are totally dry apart from the pocket area which the wind will blow the water into the openings - strange design decision on Regatta's part there? (it is minimal, nothing to worry much about but could be improved upon). Would I buy again, certainly! The Regatta Pack-It Jacket and Trousers fit nicely over my usual clothing, are comfy to wear with easy movement and are great value for money.

Not bad
Recently used to walk to and from the gym in continual heavy rain, 3/4 hour there and the same back. Some water appeared to penetrate the hood; I'm not sure if it came from the front and run underneath the hood, or came through the material, but it wasn't excessive. I also had some damp around my shoulders where my rucksack straps were seated. The weather was extremely bad, so overall I'm happy with this waterproof and it probably deserves 4 stars.
