Not slim fitting

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, who is in his early thirties. The model in their photo is also a young man and shows what appears to be a stylish, soft sweater.What we received was a shapeless, saggy, cheap quality sweater that bagged out at the waist and transformed him instantly into an impoverished old man. Very disappointed. We also received a note from the seller in broken English instructing us to leave a 5 star review (with explicit instructions on how they wanted us to say it). Didn't sit well at all. Returned immediately. I ultimately bought a sophisticated silk/cotton/cashmere sweater from Banana Republic. He loves it. It was on sale and the same price! Shipping took forever, but it was worth it for a quality piece.
