Great For One Man Jobs
Not sure why these are so hard to buy locally but these babies are the cat's meow for putting roof rafters up. I used them on two different roofs and they go on the rafter very easily and then act as a guide to put the rafter on the ridge plate. You could put rafters up with one person using these tie downs.

Much cheaper at big box hardware store
These work very well for what I need. My only issue is why are these so expensive here? At both the blue and orange big box hardware stores they sell for around $1.70 each.
