Tala Icing Syringe with Star Nozzle

It's not for me but the person I gave it to was happy with it, it did what was on the tin, excellent.

Good little beginners set.

This fab icing set in a tin made a perfect Christmas present for my daughter who has been inspired by "The Bake off". It's a very useful little set that fits beautifully into the Retro 1960's design tin. I like it so much I'm going to buy one for myself even though I do very little baking now. I'm going to put it in the display cupboard in my kitchen. Who knows, maybe this quirky little set will work some magic on me and get me cooking again. It's always a pleasure to cook using such pretty items as these.The contents are good quality and I would describe this as a good basic set for someone wanting to decorate fairy cakes etc. There are lots of matching items available that would look brilliant in a "Retro" kitchen.

We chose this piping bag as it is reusable, and has a coupler so you can switch nozzles without changing the whole bag over.Unfortunately, after just a couple of uses, the piping bag has split along the seam.Another issue is that although the set contains a selection of nozzles, it does not come with an equivalent size to the 'Wilton 2D'. The Wilton 2D is the size that seems to be most commonly used to produce piping designs, especially for beginner designs.Overall definitely not impressed.
