Question 1

do they work well with the canon 5D mark III?  and the grip (BG-E11)?  charge level indicated on camera LCD?  fit well in body and grip?

While the question is fairly old there is a recent answer which does not match my years of experience with this battery. They work perfectly and I have never had a performance problem.  I shoot well over 50,000 shots a year.  I use them in my 5DIII, 6DII, 7DII and both of my 5DIV's all with grips.  This is the only non-Canon brand I use.  The charge also lasts as long or longer than my Canon batteries.  I shoot weddings, families and college sports.  For sports, this is a battery not a slow memory card it doesn't impact shutter or buffer speed.  Whether I have 2 Canon batteries in the grip or 2 Wasabi batteries the frames per second is exactly the same.  Highly recommended been using them for years never had one fail and they continually average as many shots as my Canon batteries.  For charging, I only use the branded chargers with the same brand of battery.  In the off season I store my batteries between 40%-50% charge.

Do they work well with canon 6D?

**I had a problem with two different batteries and the 6D** - camera reported "Communication problems with battery", but would work, however my Canon charger would not only charge them to 30-40%. They worked fine on my old 5D mk II & charger. BTR-LPE6-JWP

Will the Wasabi charger charge my factory Canon LP-E6 batteries?

I have never charged my Canon battery in my Wasabi charger. I have however charged my Wasabi batteries in my Canon charger with no problems.

Question 4

Will my 6D recognize these batteries? ie will the charge level be indicated by the camera 
Update:
I bought these batteries only to find they were not "recognized" by my 6D. They worked as a battery, however, the charge status etc. would display on the LCD. My money was refunded. Maybe a new series will be released so…

If your 6D uses the same batteries as the 7D then I'd say yes you can use them. But check with your manual or better yet ask your camera salesman in any camera shop. I have used them in my 7D and they work great!
