This just arrived yesterday. I can see it’s going to be a great baby bag, road tested today and so easy to use, no more scrabbling around for items!!

Wonderful product. Comfortable straps, light weight with plenty of compartments for bottles, wipes etc. Love the colour.

Great bag. Bought for a trip to Rome. Worked perfectly and held lots of stuff. Put food bag at bottom then nappies, change clothes etc above. Lots of little compartments too which are very handy. Not hung it on pram so can not comment on these straps but everything seems perfect and nice quality.Fantastic customer service from this seller. I ordered 3 baby change backpacks to compare them. Although they were all great, this is the one I decided to keep, as I found it the perfect size for what I was looking for. The others I found too big. It has so many pockets and compartments. I like the cream interior as it makes it easier to see what is inside the bag. It has plenty of room without being too big and bulky. Great quality material too. When the bag arrived, one of the stroller straps was faulty. I contacted the company and the customer service was great. Excellent communication and they immediately sent out a replacement. I would definitely recommend!

This bag is a lifesaver for a mother of two. So many pockets and functions. For the first time I’ve used it as part of my hospital bag. It is a plus that it looks stylish too.

I have been using this backpack for 7 months and have finally decided to replace it with something of higher quality. The zips are an everyday annoyance as the tabs always manage to twist sideways and need to be jiggled back straight before you use them to open/close the bag - really difficult to do with one hand when you're holding a baby. 3 of the the inner compartments broke away from the lining after a few months, the seams were frayed. the logo badge fell off shortly after. The velcro on the buggy straps is not strong enough to hold the weight of the bag when it's full so the bag falls off.The zip designed to reach items at the bottom of the bag is a great idea, unfortunately it partly comes undone at unexpected times and stuff starts falling out, which is very inconvenient.The design of the bag is attractive, it's a good size with the right amount of compartments and pockets, it's a real shame that it has been poorly made. It will now be de-moted to the swimming bag.Unfortunately you really do get what you pay for, if on a tight budget you would be better off getting a second hand one made by a reliable brand.

Was really excited when it came over. But the quality is bad. Looks good, comfortable, but the bag started falling apart since I started using it. All 3 bottle storage at the back of the backpack is ripped since day 1. The hooks to hold the bag on the pram broke withing 3rd time of using and the zip which is supposed to be towards your back, keeps opening. So I had my glasses in there and I lost it because of this. And the top clip on part of the bad does not keep in place. Every time there's wind, it goes up. Very disappointed but still trying to use it as didn't have time for returns etc. Because I only just had my newborn baby.
