Purchased this book at the suggestion of my doctor. The method is nothing new but effective. Used the method many years ago, but a bit different than in this book. I believe that this book is more realistic in its expectations of the treatment than another book I had read many years ago on the same subject, and offers good advice for the person having this very embarrassing and troublesome affliction. It empathizes with the feelings and thoughts of both partners which helps with discussions about the process. I would recommend that the primary user read it first, then offer it to his significant other. Very good and well worth the read.

Haven’t read the book yet. The Kindle version is really messed up (see photos). It’s like a badly blurred scan job for any images and text run together and jumbled fonts for text sections.

This is a super quick read. It's straight forward, and to the point. It presented some new ideas for me and helped me to get started. It has been imensely helpful.
