I checked out the reviews before buying this vibrating foam roller and it's exactly what I had in mind. Some said that the vibration wasn't as powerful as others but when I checked reviews for other vibrating foam rollers, they said the vibration was too powerful or that they used the medium setting. So this one works great for me. I have some issues with back pain and tightness in my lower back which isn't the easiest to stretch. So I needed something to help out like a back stretcher or tool like this for some pain relief.Pros:1 - Easy to charge2 - Everything included in the package that's needed like the charger and instructions3 - Fits well in a gym bag (about 13 inches I think)4 - Nice gift box and I'm sure I'll buy a few at Christmas to give to family/friends. Really attractive!Cons:1 - Just comes in black (works for me but some may not like it)2 - The battery doesn't last as long as I'd like but still, it's super easy to charge (UPDATE: I saw the company just upgraded the battery!)3 - my dog keeps stealing it from me and turning it on under the bed in the middle of the night

I've had this vibrating foam roller for two weeks now and both my boyfriend and I use this every day. The foam is the perfect hardness and we're pleased that it has four different settings to match our preferences. We both use it to loosen up our backs and our feet, but I find that this works well for shin splints and hamstrings, too. This product was delivered fast, charged up quickly, and it's easy to use. It's exactly what we were looking for.

Works great but wish it was a little wider. It’s pretty firm so it can be painful on tight spots and boney areas but feels good afterwards. Vibration helps ease the pain. I wouldn’t use a strong setting for neck area unless you want your brain scrambled lol but feels nice elsewhere.It did not come with a chord for charging though, only the wall plug part so I had to borrow my neighbors chord to get it charged up. Seems strange they wouldn’t include that...

My husband strained his calf muscle really bad and we ordered this hoping it would help relieve pain. Not only has his pain reduced, it has helped with the stretching of muscle fibers and mobility. It charges quickly and the varying intensity of vibration levels are super helpful for injuries and managing levels of pressure. He uses it for his injuries and I use it for muscle relaxation. Great product!

I use a lot of vibrating units to help with muscle tightness. Unlike some units, this foam roller is easy to use and helps release muscles. The battery life isn't as long as I expected, but otherwise good roller. Also, please note, this foam roller is hard. It is not a soft roller.

Plugged in for several hours to charge battery. Did not work. Either bad battery or bad motor. I packaged up to return the same day and bit the bullet and ordered a Trigger Point which I should have ordered in the first place.

Battery life is better than expected. I get multiple uses on a charge. The vibration makes a big difference. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it works much better for recovery after a hard workout than a regular foam roller.

Foam rolling is painful for me and so this vibrating one is perfect because the vibration distracts my brain from the pain. I will definitely be using this from now on and recommending it to friends. It also has multiple intensities allowing for a light to strong vibration depending on your preference
