Ballet Barre System for Wall Mount (Choose Length)

I have purchased many products on Amazon over the years. This includes several ballet barres from a variety of companies. I have NEVER seen anything like this. This box was slam full of bugs. Yes, you read that right, BUGS! I had to take it outside for a while to let the bugs escape. A few hours in the sun and the bugs were gone.This is totally unacceptable! This is not an amazon warehouse issue because it was not shipped by Amazon. This is a manufacturing issue and since these are imported, these bugs likely came from China. They could be an invasive species!We thought the bugs were the only problem we were going to have. We were wrong about that. The ballet barre came very poorly packaged. They build these in China and could care less how it gets to the customer.It’s all a numbers thing. If they can cut back on the materials of over 5000 sales, they make more money. Sadly, this comes at the cost of the consumer. One of our brackets was wrapped and the other was not. The one that was not wrapped was beat up badly. Sadly, so was the one that was wrapped.It also beat up the wooden dowel as well but not terribly bad. The dowel is made of Bamboo by the way. It looks like a big chopstick. It won’t have the typical wood look and feel you might expect. Seeing how Bamboo is grass and not wood, you might expect it to look and feel different.There was a lot of wood dust in the box from it sliding back and forth on the dowel during shipping. This is just poor on their part and I promise you, this is how poor their quality control is.Next up we looked over the brackets and noticed that they were not even useable. The rod is bigger around than the collars on the brackets. I have never seen such pitiful quality control. They are importing these things and not even looking them over.For the sake of the dollar, they will sell absolute garbage on Amazon. Both brackets did not work so it is not like they messed up on one.The welds on the brackets are also terrible and not up to any standard. There are sharp edges that can cut you and did cut us as we opened the bracket that was wrapped. Proper brackets are “keyed” in so that you do not see any welds. Brackets built by companies cutting corners just weld 2 pieces of metal together and let you see all the ugly weld marks.If you want a quality product, look elsewhere. If you want a product free of bugs, look elsewhere. If you want a good looking product, look elsewhere!

I was very impressed when I received a surprise today. A replacement part. They took it upon themselves to go ahead and ship it out without me even asking. Very very cool. This is what makes a good company.
