IMPALA skate - Roller skates

PROs:These skates have lasted me a year or solid skating - trail and artistic. They are a perfect starter pair as they have really solid ankle support. Very cute pattern, and helped me get into skating.CONs:The faux leather lining was cracking along the heel after two months. As these are really stiff skates, they aren't the best for artistic skating, but I did learn the basics just fine in them.After a year of skating I am upgrading to Moxis.

Came before expected date. Skates are perfect look like the pic. Pleased with them

Nice product but no good unless you have very narrow feet as product r u still narrow.

I received these boots in plenty of time for Christmas, but unfortunately they didnt fit - so I asked for a return and this was agreed by the company promptly, saying however that they would not be able to accept the return as yet due to the situation in Kent with customs at the time. They are based in France. Since that time they have tried on numerous occasions to find some way of getting the boots transported to no avail. All through this time they have been in constant contact with me and in the end suggested that I could either wait even longer or simply post them back to the firm. I did this, worrying whether the parcel would be received, but they have contacted me this morning to say that they thankfully have received it. This firm's customer service was outstanding through a very difficult time and no doubt I am not the only customer who has been through this process, but I cannot thank them enough.
