Unfortunately when my arcade got to me it was slightly damaged and didn't work properly but the seller was very responsive to my issues and did his best to rectify the situation. It took a little patience but he made good on his word and sent a driver to my home to pick up the defective arcade and he promptly refunded me with the sincerest apologies for the defective arcade. So even though I was disappointed that my sons arcade didn't work, I also realize these things happen and when they do it's great to have good customer service working with you. I personally feel it is probably an awesome machine from what I could tell but somewhere during transport it was damaged so I'm not going to hold that against the seller. By the way it's a really sturdy super cool old school looking arcade and it has wheels for mobility. I was immediately impressed just seeing it out of the box. Wish we could have enjoyed it as anticipated though. Looks like a blast.

We decided to purchase this arcade after going to a vacation rental that had one. My husband and I knew we'd love it since we are children of the 80's, but wasn't sure about our kiddos. They loved it too! Sadly, the freight company badly damaged the cabinet during delivery. Luckily, the inner components were fine so we were able to try it out. Games were awesome, it had quality graphics, sound, and craftsmanship. We had to call support once to figure out a setting and that process was super quick, easy, and they stayed on the phone with me until it was fixed. Ultimately, we had to return the unit due to the damage. The customer service was incredible and made the return of this very large and heavy item a breeze. We will be purchasing another unit from this seller very soon to make up for this one we had to send back.

Fantastic arcade games.

The arcade is fantastic!! Easy to adjust volume control, which we do as games vary in sound levels. Initially we thought some games were faulty, but be patient when game is selected as some take quite some time to load. Our biggest complaint is we stay up way too late now, lol
