my experience was very bad against this.. customer complains never answered .The Buju's is standing on mountain of lies.All the promises made by byjus are broken since 1st day :They told us that you can't buy only offline course and u need to pay full fees take emi and then if u don't like online classes in between u may take your refund...I asked many time to byjus so called mentors..and on complain nos ( customer care )... they also denied to refund the money...And earlier they said the offline course would be with you life time as u have paid for it .. whenever kid want to review that course atleast she can access it any time...the sales person , mentors all just lie.,Why offline content is also not available after 31may...I requested on customer care that still my emi are going o nAnd kid is not attending online class refund the money .. they didn't..I said update her course to class 7 is from April she is in class 7 .... they did not.. mentors don't call to child .. do not take status.. whenever they called after feb we told we want refund or upgrade the class course..they do not answer ... they do not encourage child to take part in byjus competition or to read different mail from byjus... I also complained to byjus that please provide updates on whatsappNothing no notification recived on whatsapp till date...White hat Jr is so good: every time notification come on whatsaapppIf child not join class they just call and say she hasn't joined yet..This is known as reall concern about their studentWe can take our money back if we don't like the courseor kid is not doing well. They just return money without asking ...The filthy nature of byjus team...Is well known now... I have lost my 38000 money on byjus..Atleast byjus can refund my money from April mon 2021 to sept 2021If kid has not studied from April as she was promoted next grade...Then why my money is deducting..Earlier when I booked The byjus team had promised that they will refund the money whenever I ask and offline course would be available with kid all the time no period boundation . Then why they remove the content from her tab..I will go to consumer court for byjus fraudulent nature.

STAY AWAY FROM #BYJUs!Yes, they are FRAUD and CHEATERS! Before you buy their products, they will keep on calling you and lure you to buy something or anything from them! Once you make the commitment, you are completely trapped! Post sales, they are least bothered to resolve your issues or concerns!I have been emailing them since many months now but till date they have not bothered to resolve any of the issues.1. They claim the app is free! No, it is not! You will have to shed more than 50k to buy their app and services! Really not worth the money!2. The tab they provide is pathetic. Superslow it is and takes ages to respond. Sometimes it doesnt like to proceed and stays at same screen, sometimes doesnt load the videos unless you close all apps and open again! Cmon Byjus, you are taking almost half a lac from customers and can not even provide a decent tab which actually works?3. They send monthly planner for kids to do the videos. The planner is so poorly made that half the videos you will not find in their app. Same videos will appear for many days. The videos listed will be different in planner than what is in the app. The sequence is not maintained and it seems they either miss the videos to be listed in planner or miss the videos to include in the app.4. Books quality is good but the books are useless! They just provide the workbooks which needs osmo! The issue is, this osmo also doesnt recognize answers many times, shows anything ticked even if not, doesnt recognize the worksheets many times and so on!5. Now, if you raise all these questions/concerns with Byju’s, they will hardly bother to reply to your emails or fix the issues! In short, since you have paid the money, you are on your own to resolve issues!6. THIS APP CAN NOT REPLACE THE EDUCATION YOU GET IN SCHOOL! I was under impression that kids will no longer need to go to school and can learn everything with Byju’s app! NOO! Though the videos are good and nicely made, they are totally boring! They do not interact with the kids and just plays on! Its like watching something on youtube! Why do you need to pay another 50k and watch similar kind of videos on Byjus app with nice graphics? Had requested Byjus to see the khan academy kids! Though the video/graphics in Khan academy is not at par with Byju’s, they are much much much more interactive and intriguing! My daughter simply loves Khan academy kids over Byjus! and on top of this, Khan academy kids is totally free!7. One day i received a message stating goodies worth 5k are on my way! Was wondering how Byju’s has changed so much after so many complaints that they are sending me goodies worth 5k! Was anxiously waiting on the delivery! Got the delivery and they sent a 5 page coloring book which may be costing them 20 Rs as Goodies worth 5k! Hyperinflated price! One 5 page coloring book is worth 5000 rupees! Really Byjus? Is this scam to fool income tax officials or what?8. Have been waiting on their response since months now! Sure, going to take further legal action on this as I can not waste my hard earned money like this! I had so many expectations from them and despite reading bad reviews on how they treat their employees and how their sales people lure/fool customers to sign up, i ended up paying for it thinking this will help my daughter to learn more! However I was completely wrong!DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH BYJUs! Not just they treat their employees badly, they treat their customers badly as well!
