This clock is exactly what I ordered. There was minimal to no assembly required. I plug it in for power and use the required batteries for backup if the power goes out (keeps me from having to reset the time after a power outage). The Wake-Up light turns on before the alarm as described when the alarm has been set and the full clock interface is not off. My only issue is the clock numbers being in a white light instead of a red or orange color (something more conducive to being able to sleep with the clock interface on). I typically just turn the entire face off when I go to sleep. The alarm still works but the wake-light does not trigger. If I leave the clock interface on then the wake light will trigger prior to the actual sound of the alarm. I like the RGB option instead of just the main light.I found following the instructions easy and overall use of this alarm clock fairly simple.

Much better than I was expecting! It works really well, and the buttons are actually super easy to figure out if you play with them for a couple minutes.I especially like using it as a light while I’m crawling into bed, the different colors are fantastic and I love the red.I don’t know how well it’s helped me wake up, but it’s worth it just for the ease of use and the easy to read time and alarm.

I bought this alarm clock a few months ago because I moved into our apartment that did not have windows in the bedroom. For the first three weeks or so, the alarm clock worked fine, albeit the touch button controls were extremely difficulty and unergonomic to use. However, when I first received the product I quickly realized that the clock did not work on battery power as it was advertised. This was a big problem for me because my apartment has power surges often and having my alarm clock reset in the middle of the night without me knowing would caused me to miss my classes in the morning at graduate school, which was simply not an option. So, I reached out to the seller about this issue hoping to get a replacement sent. Initially they seemed helpful and receptive, but at the end of the day they never really listened to me when I explained the problem. I even tried taking multiple photos to describe in detail what was happening with the alarm clock and it’s lack of battery function but they still acted like they did not understand. Their communication with me as a customer was subpar and they never offered me a replacement. This back and forth customer service nightmare lasted over the course of a month, during which my clock did indeed reset during a power surge, and did (as I had predicted) not wake me up for class and I was late for a very important exam. It did this two to three times after this as well on other regular class days. Even worse, about two weeks after it did this, the touch controls started becoming very unresponsive to my inputs and eventually by the third week stopped working altogether. By the end, the screen even stopped working and displayed “U22” as you can see in the picture. So frustrated with this product and even more with the poor customer service. I ended up buying a similar product from a more reputable seller even though it was more expensive because you get what you pay for.

My kids are in love with their new alarm clocks! I love that they can adjust the color and brightness of the nightlight, as well as the volume of the alarm. We’ve had them for several months now with no issues. Highly recommend!

Alarm stopped working 4 months after we got it but hey the light and screen still work so I guess we will just supplement with our phone alarms.

Light and fast delivery. Received it the second day. I used it every morning, makes easier for me to get up.

Item very cheaply made and did not work or turn on when it arrived new.

Poorly translated English for directions made this clock difficult to use. Therefore alarm went off when I didn't want it to and I couldn't easily turn it off. Batteries that came with it were defected and the clock doesn't even work with the battery back up. I returned it. Do not suggest you buy it.

I love the concept of this product. I've been using it for a month and wake up gently with no shock (though the alarm sound choices could be GREATLY improved upon), once I'm awake with the light I don't have the urge to hit snooze, it feels a lot more natural and I'm happy about it. After the first night however I had to tape THICK black paper over the LED clock and turn the light away from me because of how shockingly bright it was - I got the product to improve overall sleep and wake quality and the light is incredibly disturbing to sleep which is NOT what I wanted. You can turn the LED clock light down, but even on its lowest feature its still very bright (brighter than your average child's nightlight).I still use it - just with the black paper taped over it, which is pretty ugly. I would LOVE this product if you could turn the clock feature on a "fade out" setting, or if the clock woke up with the alarm light.

It kept beeping 5 - 10 minutes before it was set to go off. I had also set the volume to be silent. When I was using the night light setting to read before bed I couldn’t even get through a paragraph before it would beep at me again, it would persist until I turned the light off. Very annoying! I am just looking for a light to wake me with no noise. This product could not deliver what I was looking for.

It works well enough! The light can be a bit bright (the LED clock) and the only sounds are preset ones that are not very good and all sound like elevator music or a doorbell. The brightness function works as expected though.

Found several problems with the logic of this Clock. Seems it was designed without proper quality testing.Unable to change the Alarm Time after it is originally set, or it wont go off. In order to make it work after changing the alarm time, you have to either reset the whole thing, or adjust the Time of Day in order to re-enable the Alarm Function.After 2nd day of alarm useage, the alarm chimes 2 notes then turns off, all while making a clicking noise, as if one of the function buttons is being activated.Finally and.. its kind of funny... but 12AM and 12PM are backwards... Time goes 11 AM, 12 AM, 1 PM, but should be 11 AM, 12 PM (noon), 1 PM (same issue for midnight).I already discarded the packaging, otherwise it will go back.
