I use this every day on my hardwood floors is excellent for dog and cat fur

First the postage wasn't figured correctly and I had to go to the post office and pay an extra $7.77 in frieght. Since then the handle has broke. The fiber mop itself works well but definitely not a good buy.

I have hard wood floors and needed an effective pet hair pick up cleaning aid. This is NOT it. All it did was push the pet hair around. I bought a swifter and satisfied my needs.

This is a great product! The cloths are as good as Norwex in my opinion. The sweeper does a great job collecting dirt, food and pet hair; and works great at getting under furniture. I use the green mop for my hardwood floors. Somethings do take a bit of scrubbing, but at least I'm not on my hands and knees. The blue mop would tackle almost any stain, but I've found it to be too course on my wood floors. I mostly use these with just water, but will occasionally use a little bit of white vinegar or bleach for the bathrooms. It even does a nice job of cleaning the side of the tub with little effort!I did not purchase this product from Amazon.

I did not purchase this through Amazon, but I do recommend this product!I needed a product that would clean my floors better than a regular broom & mop. I ordered this product & have used it twice since purchasing a week ago. It's absolutely great at picking up pet hair & it's very easy to use. The product looks exactly as it does in the pictures.Upon taking this item out of the box, I noticed the wall mount unit was cracked. Being 35 weeks pregnant, I didn't want to waste time with an exchange, so I mounted it on my wall another way. Other than that, I see no issues & am satisfied. It's easy for me to use & much better on my back.
