poorly designed to the poit of being useless. Disappointing since picture quality is excellent
It is so poorly designed it is not useful. If I connect my phone to the camera by WiFi I loose all internet and data connection.In order to restore my data I need to disconnect from the camera.I have numerous wifi seurity cameras and if I conect to the SQ23 I loose conection to my entire wifi network and all security cameras. Plus I loose all internet and data.User manual is so poorly written that it is almost useless. The operation does not always work as the poorly written manual states. I have had to reset the camera many times because it became non-operational and I have only used it for 15 minutes.App has numerous screens and messages that are in Chinese and useless for English speakers. This causes many message screens to be uselsss and you have to try and guess what the app is doing. For example, the SD card format screen is in Chinese and impossible to read. There is a green check mark which I guessed is to ok the format. I tried this and then the app displayed another Chinese message but I have no idea what it is.Night vision mode is ok but barely useful. It is also a manual change from day mode to night mode making unattended operation impossible
