This supplement was recommended to me after a hand scan at a wellness store showed that I was showing signs of anxiety as my top trigger. Anxiousless has changed the game for me. I am more calm, less emotional, and able to go thru my day without worrying about "what's next?" I realize that I am not overthinking or overanalyzing like I used to. I enjoy feeling LESS ANXIOUS now. Definitely recommend this product.

My naturopath carries Nature's Sunshine and he also muscle test the products as well and they all work great! Anxiousless is one of those products that keeps you steady. When I don't take it regularly I notice a bit of anxiety arising and I am retired so go figure! I buy the bigger bottle always even if it's expensive because it last 3 months. This help me get through retirement, covid stuff and my mom passing 2 weeks ago. Like some reviewers say it works right away other not. Everybody is different but the bottom line is that it works for the majority of people..good luck!

I have taken Nature Sunshine Herbs for most of my life. My mom used to be a distributor so I know a lot about Nature Sunshine ... I trust this company. I also know that you have to take herbs for longer than just a few days or months to get the benefits. I have been taking this Nature Sunshine's AnxiousLess for a while now and it just didn't work for me. So I'm going to try another one for my anxiety.
