Excellent adapter. I primarily use it to convert a port from USB C to USB 3.1 for use with a wireless mouse, so I don’t have to take up space on one of my other usb 3.1 ports to transfer back and forth between flash sticks and external usb drives. I need the three regular usb ports because most of those usb hubs out there, where you can add to expand 1 USB port into many, either cripple the speeds or can’t handle the power of an external usb drive without a power adapter, and even then, you have to watch how my juice you’re putting through them to get them to work correctly. Too much hassle, so utilizing a usb c port conversion for a basic usb wireless mouse, using this dongle, solved my problem. It’s small, reliable, and sturdy and if I need the USB C port for something else, easy to remove. 5 star

The adapter does what its suppose to do, convert USB C Male to USB A Female, which allows you to plug in your old USB sticks, iphone charge/sync cables, and other older USB A devices. It worked with to both power my iPhone and allowed syncing of the device. Worked for reading and writing to a USB memory stick too.Style wise it looks nice too, very solid aluminum feel, no finger print type paint, and a nice shiny polished on the USB A side. The color is a nice gray, but is slightly darker than the MacBook Space Gray color though, which is unfortunate, but not glaringly so. Looks nice when plugged into the MacBook, and its not too thick so doesn't cause any issues with your MacBook table level.

These are TWO high-quality OTG adapters with no cord leading out of the Type-A side, making this great for compact use cases (personally I bought them for an emulation handheld and a WiFi adapter). They are made of metal and can take a good deal of pressure. They fit well in any type-c port and are easy to store in just about any pocket

When I initially bought this I thought that the price was a bit much for what it is, but after receiving it I think it is well worth the price. The product has a premium feel to it, from the box to the product itself. The adapters are made out of a very premium feeling material, just holding them feels very sturdy which came as a surprise as I had expected a cheaper build. I doubt that I will ever need to replace these, definitely worth checking out! :)

These USB adapters were exactly what I was needing for my new MacBook Pro. I was impressed by the quality of materials for these adapters; originally, I thought they were going to be made of plastic, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw to see they were made of metal. Both adapters have worked without any issues. I will add you cannot use both adapters at the same time as there is not enough room, though I've never had an instance where I needed both. I have had no issues using an adapter and charging my laptop at the same time, as there is ample room to plug in both.

I use a wireless mouse on my Mac Book Air now that I have this adapter. It work's perfect and I couldn't be happier. The construction of this adapter is first class. It fit's snug into my Mac Book but not too tight. The transmitter for my mouse fit's also snug into the USB-A end and removes easily without fear of damaging the adapter. It's well worth the money and you get two of them. I would tell anyone to buy this if you want an adapter that actually works. My mouse is a Logitech and is much easier for me to use rather than using the force pad. Thanks for a great product.

Works just great except on my macbook air i have to pop it out just a hair to get my phone to be able to charge but really it's not a huge deal. Came right when expected and looks very sleek

Bit too bulky. Wish it were narrower so I could use the port next to it with flash drives etc.
