Product is not up to the mark,,bottle cap/lid do not tighten and it is loose. So,going to replace or refund.

The upper lid is small glass shape that can be used to have small sips during travel. It is good size bottle to keep ample water in freeze

I purchased a bottle ago one month. I liked the overall design of the bottle. But after uses one month, bottle crack from the body part. The material quality of the bottle is very poor. So I request you please replace the bottle
