I’m always a little skeptical about pain rubs but this actually works. I have low back pain from the nature of my job and this helps a lot. I massage it into my back and it really does help with the pain. My dad has shoulder pain and he uses this for that and says he notices a difference too.It smells good and is local to where I am too which is cool.
