Works as described
Slowly but surely increasing weight on my chest expander. Cables are easy to put on and take off (though I understand it become more challenging with the thicker / stronger cables).Initially on these 20 lb cables you may think "Jeez, this is easy, no problem". But increased sets and slower pushing / pulling on the chest expander can make for a challenging workout, especially given the variety of exercises that you can do with these.I'm a big believer in using these resistance cables
