This is the first time I’ve done a printed cross stitch and found it easy. Previously I had only done counted cross stitch and if you mess up your count it can take time to find where your count was off. I would do printed again but I’d like the Aida Cloth count to be smaller for a more attractive (to me) finish. I’ve finished this as far as what was supplied to me but have decided to fill in all the background area with sky and slight clouds using DMC 926, 927, 928 and various whites and gray whites. I’m about 1/3 of the way up and it’s looking pretty good so far. I may take out the blue around the lower bird of blue because it blends in too much, it’s a totally different blue but better to have cloud looks around both the birds with blue.Hope you have fun. I think beginners should start on a smaller project then move on to this. That way you get a better idea about this type of embroidery.

It’s a beautiful picture and since it’s pre-printed, it’s easy to do and doesn’t require counting. However, keep in mind that the colors printed aren’t the colors to stitch. It comes with another color guide so it makes things a bit complicated that you have to figure out the colors on another guide. Also, it doesn’t come with enough thread however, it does come with DMC color codes so at least you can buy more.

The stamped cross stitch is of good quality aida cloth, the floss is good quality also. The instruction sheet is helpful; the only drawback I can see is the choice of colors. Whoever chose the color combinations might be colorblind! The changes in color should blend more, be more harmonious. The product would get a 5 star rating if the colors were better.

This was pretty simple (just basic cross stitches and back stitch) and has so much white space it went really quickly. My kinda project! The stamping came out easily and completely at the end.

This is a beautiful needle point art. I wish the instructions were truly for a beginner. I need step by step explanation and drawings so I can understand. There is sold areas, lines and dots and broken lines on the picture and I have no idea what it all means.

Great that yarn is separated and color coded.

Material seems very stiff hope I have no issues with goop. The instructions were difficult to understand. Liked floss board very handy.

My 92 year old mum is finding this easy enough to do and it is looking good so far!

It is good product but the threads are not of a good quality and sometimes insufficient.
