Crayola Gingerbread House Kit

Broken pieces and icing is not enough to cover gingerbread house

I was very disappointed in this ginger bread house. It shows on the box that it comes with 3 types of candies, and it only came with 2. The bag of gum drops had a total of 5 gumdrops in it. How do you decorate a whole gingerbread house with 5 gumdrops. It also was supposed to come with 5 different types of colored icing and it only came with two! Not to mention a chunk of the wall was broken on it when I got it.

This was the best gingerbread house kit I have ever used (we do one every year). The icing that holds the pieces together is really good. The colored icing is more like paint - so use a paint brush with the colored icing and save yourself some grief. It was tasty.

It arrived opened with the candy spilled out from the bags. The gingerbread was intact though.

The gingerbread came broken

2 packets of colored frosting was rock hard and the gingerbread walls were not the same sizes. Uneven.

Easy to use

Awesome. We were reluctant to try it because we've had failures with other kits. Everything you need except for some tinfoil is in this kit. The pre -made icing makes this kit DEAD SIMPLE. 10/10 would buy again in a heartbeat.
