Not reliable for me.
Easy set up but too much buffering. Internet connection is fast

Multiple issues, hope they fix them soon
1) There is a constant stream that is uploading the video which is hogging the network - Medium quality video is 120GB per month. The stream should open and upload only when there is a motion or doorbell is triggered. This is a huge wastage of resources.2) A simple fix can be to add the a scheduler when the doorbell camera can be turned off - doorbell still needs to work during this time.3) Don't like the free version of just 3 hrs backup video, I have blink (now amazon) with 7 cameras installed for the past 3 yrs and haven't paid a penny. 3 hrs of continuous "video time" is a lot of "space on cloud storage" if they fix the recording to be started on motion detection.Not recommended till these issues are fixed. Will return this.Note to Nest - build a good product rather than looking for a shiny penny with subscription service. Nest agenda looks to be data collection along with your money.

Doesn't work with everyone's system
Be sure to check the compatibility options before purchasing. The unit ended up not being compatible with my doorbell system. Nest has yet to find a way to make this item compatible with all systems. Buyer beware.
