UDG Ultimate DIGI Backpack Black/Orange Inside U9101BL/OR

I've used UDG for over 10 years, and on the whole, they've been good bags. I bought this one and used intensively for 6 months whilst touring and one of the seams split, I contacted UDG to get it repaired or replaced as per their 'lifetime guarantee' which they declined saying it had looked like I had "cut it" which is ridiculous.They only offered that they'd 'take a look' at it, meaning i'd have to send it away buy get a new bag anyway.In short: they're OK bags, but their customer service is terrible no matter how much you've spent with them.I would suggest looking at Magma instead.

Great bag, only had it two days but I'm convinced this is the right bag for me. I previously brought the Magma Riot back following some good reviews and i liked the look of it, even though I'd never owned a magma bag and was replacing a UDG trolley case, and just wanted to switch to using a back pack. The Magma bag though big in size was a let down on storage, limited inside compartments, I quickly and easily returned and purchased this bag, that i had previously looked at but was as keen on the looks in comparison to the magma and looked a bit bulky. Turns out its smaller than it looks but has loads of compartments and storage. Loads of inside pockets, comfortable to wear and looks good, though i am not a fan of the orange lining inside, but guess it makes since in dark club environments. Great price too, so would definitely recommend this to any travelling dj.

Well its good if you had a laptop 15" size, but I had it for a HP Envy 17" laptop. all pockets are too small. And if I forced the laptop inside,,,it was too tight not a good protector for the 17" laptop.So for a 15" great...BUT any larger laptop NOT Good.I organised it to be collected today 1st Feb'16 time window 10:02 - 11:02 from DPD the courier. Just waiting for info on a refund or replace it for the ...UDG Ultimate ProducerBag Large Black/Orange U9022BL/OR. As this new bag should fit the HP Envy 17" Well you got my input.Cheers

On a hot summers day I did suffer with a sweaty back and this would be my only criticism really.
