The Godfather (DVD-ROM) - PC

Man... Windows 10 really blows for playing old games. I have this beast of a PC and can get the game running fine but, I select "subtitles" it crashes lmfao 😅 and then even worse when I've done all I can, website after website, YouTube video after video etc. The "game pad" crashes... Lol, it recognizes my Xbox One wireless controller for PC even but, shows no button maps and just... Crashes 🤣 the only true way to play this game is to buy a Xbox 360 (my preference, there are others) the seller however sent me a mint condition copy that had the manual, even the map! Great shipping to my mailbox safely

Overall I thought the game was very good but there were two things I didn't like about it:There were way too many businesses and rackets. It takes forever for you to go around to each one and take it over. Ordinarily this doesn't seem like such an irritation in that it is a part of the game but there's only 5 or so different "layouts" so it seems like you do the same thing over and over again.I didn't really like the mob war situation. Every time you attempt to take over a warehouse or transport hub you inevitably start a mob war no matter what your heat level was. It seems like you wind up running to the FBI agent every 10 minutes.

I'm going to make you offer you can't refuse. An 11 - year old game, and its still a blast to play. The sequel went a different direction, forobvious reasons, understandably so. After 12 hours of play, you should be far enough to get promoted to Don. The gameplay keeps youengaged for the whole 12+ hours. You can even to promoted to Don of NYC. I plan, to start over and become Don again. The sequel wasnot meant to be just a rehash of the 1st game. 5 stars all the way. A true masterpiece.

OK the Graphic its Old and the Game controller Feature will not work and keyboard controls its crapy but its a very nice funny game makes funny works great on Win 7 x64 just for fun :)

It's a great game that follows the original movie line very closely - you become the behind-the-scenes soldier of the Corleone family and actually take part in several parts of the movie, but the movie just touched on, you actually do.

This is not the best version. But it is still pretty good. For the best experience, play the version that came out for the 360, those extra features made it a classic
