When I received this heating pad for the first time, there was an ‘F’ on the screen right after I turned it on and the pad did not work at all. I was upset and thought I was going to return it. However, I had second thought and contacted the seller asking for reason thinking might be some misunderstanding or I would just complaint about their broken product.The seller reached out to me shortly after the message and explained this: the ‘F’ on the screen means the heating pad was under improper use, like folded wrongly that causes heating fuses contacted with overheated risk that could lead to fire. ‘F’ showing on the screen was to prevent the fire! This turn out to be a protection setting! With this knowledge, I no longer see this product to be a ‘cheaply made’ one and rather, it is very thoughtful one!Surely, the seller shipped out a new one immediately. Really satisfied with their customer service.

This heating pad is probably a 5-star item for most people especially if they are wrapping around their midsection or leg,etc. or just lying on it. I was trying to position it around my neck/shoulders and couldn't attach the strap and get it to stay even though I tried repeatedly and in different ways. I'm really sorry that I couldn't make it work because it is very soft and looks like a first-rate, top quality item. Thank you Amazon for the outstanding return policy.

I spent a lot of time debating between styles for a new heating pad. I knew I wanted something large in size & soft in texture. I hesitated to buy this product just based on the limited reviews. I am so glad I did end up buying it! The pad itself is incredibly soft to touch. The quality of the fabric is also very good. The heat settings are great and it really gets warm! I was worried the fabric wouldn't allow the heat to generate properly, however I was very wrong.

This heating pad is nice to use. It is very soft and more comfortable than the covered plastic models. I love that it has 6 heat levels. And they work. I've seen reviews on other models, saying that the heat stayed the am A no matter how high or low it was set. It heats up very fast at 6, and then I can reduce it to 3, so I still get the pain relief with no discomfort. It is large enough, too. The only drawback is that the removable power cord disconnects accidentally fairly often. When I put the cord back into the pad it has an error code and then I have to get behind the sofa to the outlet and unplug it to reset. I wish there was something to hold the cord on. Otherwise I like this heating pad very much.

Edit #2: I'm dropping this down to one star. It's really too bad but I wouldn't recommend this thing. It has been so finicky in terms of when it is going to work. I spend most of my time unplugging and replugging it just to reset it so it'll heat up for a few minutes when I need it. Not worth the price at all.Edit: I really want to like this product. I have no idea why it keeps flashing F, even when it's not bunched up or anything. I hate that when I'm in pain I can't guarantee it's going to heat up for me.This heating pad is cute and heats up fast. It's soft and quite large which is a nice plus.I like it a lot. My only problem is that it flashes the letter F. I realized from reading the reviews that it's fire prevention, which is neat. But it seems to do it all the time, even when I don't have it crinkled up. I try to have it on my stomach at night when I'm laying down and sometimes I just can't get the F to go away.I'm using it now and it seems to be working again, whereas last night I couldn't get it too. No matter how much I flattened and smoothed it out.I have mixed feelings about that, but it seems like most people don't have any trouble, so it might just be mine!I may edit my reply and stars if it goes out any time soon, which I'm scared it might.

Stays at nice warmth for over an hour. Starts to cool down a min or 2 before advertised auto shut off.Plug-in to 2: 9minsLevel 2 is warmer than 1, probably the lowest I'd want to go against painful muscles (1 is great as a general lap-warmer but not much deeper).Stays at nice, warm heat for over an hour. Starts to cool down about 10 mins before advertised auto shut off.Plug-in to 3: ~5minsLevel 3 is definitely warmer than 1, but seems to be the same, maybe slightly warmer than 2. Lasts about as long as 1 & 2.Plug-in to 4: under 10minsLevel 4 is definitely warmer than 3, seems to mark the mid-level of heat where 1-3 are pretty solidly the low-level. I use this heating pad every single day. Having many pain issues, a heating pad helps with it. This one is the best. VERY soft. Really flexible. I love that it has so many heat settings. And even just a warm one. You can have it barely warm, or rocking out the heat! It comes unplugged from the pad often, but I put blue painters tape on it, and it doesn’t come undone anymore. I have gone through a couple of these. Eventually they have quit, but considering I use it every day, I have been really happy with this particular brand. It really works well. And it is so very soft which is important to me.
