Sani-Pants Pull-On Reusable Briefs Quantity: Small

These are basically sturdy plastic pants, meant to go over either disposable or reusable garments. They fit well and rarely leak and they have helped a lot of my friends who have incontinence due to neurological problems. I don't think I would ever get any other brand. Unless there is a disaster, I recommend hand washing with a detergent containing a peroxide-based bleach in warm water. If they are stained, let them sit a while, like 30 minutes, before thorough rinsing and hanging them up to dry.

THESE KEEPS THE BED OR PANTS DRY AND COMFORTABLE. THEY ARE EASY TO USE. THEY ARE SANITARY AND NOT SUPER BULKY.

I ordered these for my Father about a month ago. I only ordered 3 pair to see how they fit and held up. Well after washing them every other day for the past month, they held up great! I washed them in hot/warm water and dried them on delicate, no tears or pilling, just great. They run a little large and I ordered XLarge and they were a little big, but still keep the furniture, clothes and bedding completely dry. I have since ordered 2 Large which fit him better, he is a 44 waist. They are quiet too, you can't hear them like the plastic pants, which I might add can only be spot cleaned and rip. I rated them a 5 because they are durable and do exactly what they're meant to do. Well worth the money. I will be ordering 5 more today. Getting tired of washing them every other day lol.

Do not waste your money. This said size medium and it was enormous. Big enough for two people. What a waste and they say I can't return it even though it is unused due to ridiculous size. Will go in trash. Save your money.

Unusable for it's intended purpose as it is much too large. I researched quite a bit before making my purchase and even relied on the measurements. Disappointed because it is not returnable due to it's nature.

They are very well made and do the job. Even with the most "superest" overnight briefs, there is always chance for a leak, and who wants to deal with that at 3 AM? Oh yeah, unless you're a caregiver of somebody who can't get around much, resist the temptation of snap-on pants, on account of they leak like crazy at the sides.

Only order 1 pr at a time until you get the size right ... reviews are correct ... these run VERY large. With that said, let's discuss the intended use. Since couldn't return the 1 package I opened decided to see what happened overnight, regardless of the size, expecting major leaks. Did NOT happen. Have been using waterproof nylon brand with less than satisfactory results eventhough more expensive. Nylon is very slick, like plastic, so slacks tend to slide down during day wear. These are sturdier fabric with the outside "textured" so clothing stays where intended. Ordering in smaller size. Feel greatly relieved with the results these provide plus easier on my budget!
