Great phone would recommend
For the money you wont get better. I am so surprised on the performance of this phone for the money. Bought as I got a second sim and used for 4 weeks in place of my S10 in both Ireland and UK. Never skipped a beat. Battery life isnt as good but that's down to sheer capacity

Good quality phone but no contactless function! However, I'd recommend getting this!
Good quality and value for money! There are a couple of things that have got to me; 1. Making/recieving call - putting the phone to your ear the phone is too sensitive and tends to end the call (asked assistants in Mi store and they couldn't help) 2. Keypad - plays up and doesn't type sometimes, have to keep tapping the keyboard untill something works 3. No contactless - I know this before hand but sometimes I really wish I had contacless. Otherwise it is a good phone!!!

WORST BUY EVER
This is a warning to anybody buying from this company. I bought a Xiaomi Mi 2 recently from Livewire Telecom UK. On arrival I discovered that the screen was dotted with white blobs. On turning it on the pages seem to be overlapping. Completely defective and not worth a penny. What does Amazon have in place to get rid of these kinds of sellers. Why should a customer receive such obvious rubbish? I now have to travel half an hour on my bike to take it to the post office and pay upfront for its return by registered secure post which is expensive in Spain. I am trying to get help from Amazon and am receiving no replies to my complaint

Not recommended
Needs a special adapter for headphone jack. Poor WiFi connectivity, need to use airplane mode to force it to us WiFi and even then it drops out. Screen is good size and sound is good

Incomplete item
Hello good evening, I have received the mobile today morning but when I opened it there is no headphones/ air phones. So I don't know why it's not there as we are buying any mobile charger and headphones are coming together. So please let me know if really not coming with the mobile or it's missing.
