Is it healthy to eat as a snack ?

You might have pica but I do not recommend to eat too much of it raw. Maybe taste a little bit if you are craving

What is thr black stuff found in these containers? It looks like rat droppings. I order quite often and lately I have been seeing the black stuff?

I think that's the scales of the arrowroot or kudzu root.

Did you send arrowroot chunks in my order ?

They are small chunks. Just like the photo.

How much can one eat per day ?

The official answer is not to eat this raw. It's meant to be cooked and that's what we advise. Any Social Media Challenges should be thoroughly investigated before deciding how much of your health to risk.
