I wanted to get new brushes to replace my old ones and try to put on makeup using the correct brush, instead of grabbing what was closest. The brushes seemed nice, but they had nothing telling me what each brush was to b e used for. I even went on line to see if I couldcompare them with Sephoras brushes, to no avail. I had received an email from someone from the company asking how I liked the brushes and I answered telling them my problem. I was told to go to a Facebook site that would give me the info...but when I tried that I was told that the site did not exist! I again emailed the company and was again directed to a non existent site. All. They needed to do was to send me a list! I kept the brushes because I saw the prices of other brushes, but think their customer service and help stinks!

These brushes are not what everyone raves about. They work just like any other $20 cheap brush set. I kept reading reviews that the brushes don't shed but they do. I'm giving this item 3 stars only because they were delivered the next day and I am happy with that. They also have a terrible smell when you open the box. Not sure why some reviewers say the packaging is elegant... I don't think it is.

Very nice brushes. I am happy that I chose them, they make great travel brushes, but I find I do not use the eye makeup brushes, I have other brushes I like better so far. If later on I change my mind about that I'll update my review, but so far I very much like the larger brushes of this set. All brushes seem very well made, a quality product. The bristles are very soft and carry makeup well. The roll is also very nice, and seems well made. I really like how easy it rolls up and closes with the magnetic closure. This may be a perfect travel set for me if I get more comfortable using the eye shadow brushes.

For the price they were rather okay. I found much cheaper brushes in the same quality and thicker density here on Amazon! I somehow doubt they are valued as highly as they say they are. Beautiful wood and metal colors though. Overall, mad decent.

I was really looking forward to these brushes but I've been using them for a few weeks now and they're really not up to the task of putting makeup on my face. All of the brushes have hairs that are falling off of them and the smell they had when I first unwrapped them hasn't gone away even with repeated, intense cleanings. I gave two stars because I like the color and what was pictured was what I got. Buy cautiously.

Love my brushes. They are very soft and they do not irritate my sensitive skin. The wrap it comes in is so cute and love the box. I use it for my extra brushes.Update:Lasted about a year and all of the ends of the brushes came apart. Never buying again

The brushes are okay. Nothing special. They do shed a bit.

Best set of makeup brushes I have ever purchased. Incredibly soft bristles for goat hair, without the usual shedding we are all used to experiencing. I only wear mineral makeup and these brushes work flawlessly. The gift box is perfect for storing my Bare Minerals and the brushes stay well protected in the tri-fold organizer. These 2 items alone are worth more than the price of the entire kit.
