Junior Learning Blends Dominoes

Great quality pictures and words easily readable

I bought this for my Special Education classroom for a fun way to practice blends in reading. The students enjoy using it and it is engaging. The dominoes themselves are substantial and well-made; I'm thinking these will withstand student-use for years. If you need a different way to practice blending sounds, this is a good addition to your arsenal.

I am a reading teacher and I use them for small groups! Kids like them!

The idea behind this set dominoes is good.Kids enjoyed it for 1 game and didn’t want to play anymore. Each domino has a maximum of 2 play.Unfortunately some of the dominoes came ‘marked’ on the back side of it. It appeared more like a manufacturer defect than a mark. This maybe why the children didn’t want to play with it more than once.

My daughter loves these dominoes. They are such a fun way to learn basic phonetic skills while playing a hands on game. I would recommend these (and other junior learning dominos) to anyone with a 4-6 year old who is just learning to read and spell!

Great learning tool. The game is a lot of fun and you are helping your child learn at the same time.

Love them. Very easy for my 5 year old to use.

Teaching blends on the computer sometimes gets a bit frustrating due to hiccups and mic issues. Playing this game in person I have been right there to hear the blends. If your child needs help away from the computer, get this game. Even the older siblings played to keep it fun and not work.
