Great for keeping a more detailed account on a daily basis

My eleven year old son uses this journal to note down his readings and food carb count as he has type 1 diabetes. I would highly recommend this book. It is a great way of managing and keeping in control of diabetes. Its a good size and can be easily carried around and at the same time not get lost!
