Can this be used on dry hair to define or tame curly hair?.

Head Muk 20 in 1 has some hold capability so will have an effect defining curls. It will not however be able to "tame" strong curly hair. Kinky Muk Extra Hold Amplifier would do the job better. Head Muk will nourish dry and damaged hair and add moisture. Application is to towel dried, damp hair.

Is this a cream or a spray?

Head Muk 20 in 1 treatment is a lotion that is applied to the hand and then distributed through the hair.

Would this help to keep curls in the hair as they fall out after a hour usually

I wouldn't think so. It does help to style hair, but not set curls.
