I searched hard for a replacement phone holder after a side bracket broke on my last one. This one is SOLID and is made of STURDY, QUALITY materials! I drive quite a bit and am in my van quite a bit! This model is easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my lower cupholder, and extends nicely, up to where my arm rests on my console. This makes it easily accessible for anyone who may use their phone quite a bit during waiting periods if you're a regular driver. This device holds the phone in case, wonderfully. It isn't loose and holds the phone steady. The long arm and all parts are solid materials. It is the perfect fit for vehicles that have a lower cupholder. The telescoping arm is the perfect length and is adjustable. It may even be adjustable for top cupholders as well. Even my husband now wants one! I HIGHLY recommend for QUALITY, ease of use, and durability! This product had to have been designed by someone who understands how difficult other phone holders can be. Other phone holders make you reach, damage your car, pop off, are unsupportive, mad eof cheap materials, and aren't easily accessible. But not this product! This product exceeds my standards!!! 💯👍🏼

I love this phone holder in my Mitsu Endeavor SUV. I had to try a few models to find the right fit for my particular vehicle and this one is the best for my application. I deliberately wanted a longer gooseneck to be able to make siri-dialed phone calls, easy map/directions viewing and to use the ipod on the phone... although be aware that because of the height, some control dials on the vehicle (like volume and fan speed) are behind the holder now, so you have to reach around to use them- it is not a big issue for me.It has a perfect fit for my iPhone 6s- the positioning of clamps is below volume buttons on the phone, so perfect fit! I like the easy release button that releases the clamps holding the phone in. The bottom rest feet are adjustable as well (and fold when not in use). Great, strong fit inside my cup holder when tightened well (as you tighten it, it expands inside the cup holder to fit various openings). Due to the tall length of the gooseneck a slight movement of the neck when driving is logical and to be expected, but it does not affect the performance or stability of the holder- it stays firmly inside the cup holder & not an issue at all in my opinion.I also purchased a different phone holder for our other vehicle- Niss Titan truck- Mediabridge Smartphone Cradle holder- because of shorter arm and because it fits better into the truck's cup holder.Very happy with both purchases. Quality products and SUPER USEFUL!

Received in good condition. Base fits fine in a Lexus sedan. Holder fits an iPhone 7 plus with a case with no problem. Not sure how sturdy over time it will be. There is some wobble holding a large phone, with normal driving, and I will give them the benefit of the doubt that this was designed purposefully to prevent strain on the plastic parts. The moving parts of the phone holder seem fragile also, so will see how long it lasts. No instructions are included, but it's pretty intuitive. The gooseneck is fairly stiff and should be adjusted before you place the base in the cupholder. It also tends to want to return to its original shape. Pleased so far and will update as needed.

I didn't want to block my air vents and there are not that many phone holders that are stable and does not take up air vents. I wanted one that provided me access to all the controls and buttons on the car, does not block air vents and was removable easily (no permanent/double sided bonding tape). This one fits the bill perfectly. The quick release works well, it's easy enough to put the phone on one-handed. The flexible neck allows you to adjust the position to pretty much wherever you want.Two things I wish were improved on this are:1. The sharpness of the edges - I end up hitting and hurting my palm on the little plastic legs that swivel out to hold the phone bottom.2. The base itself has some sort of rattling noise coming out of it on rough roads.This is the best holder I've ever had, and I still use it after several months and I use it frequently. I'm glad I purchased this.

The neck on this thing is too long and not really sturdy. i had a shorter cupholder clamp and that seemed to work ok so I figured this longer one would make it a little easier to see my phone without taking my eyes off the road. While the height on this is good, it wobbles a lot, especially when driving. A bit too distracting for me.

UPDATED REVIEW: The mechanism inside phone mount broke and will not hold the phone anymore. The slides to move back and forth but the catch is broken so the arms will not grasp the phone anymore. I use this vehicle about 3-4 times a week and don't use the cradle more than 1 or 2 times in that week. So the holder has seen lite (IMO) use over the 3-4 months I have had it. Contacting the company has not been easy. I guess its just a wasted purchase. I would recommend you look at other products. NOTE: I will update the review if the company reaches out and helps to remedy the situation.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Easy / quick installation. The arm has plenty of height, good flexibility, and rigidity for my application. The only issue I have with this product is really nit picking. Today's cup holders are not solid. The flex and move a bit. The length of the arm causes the cup holder to flex around a bit when driving and it makes a bit of noise. Not sure any device with this much weight out on an arm could do any better. Good product. I would buy it again.
