I purchased 2-infrared heating pads, this one heated up gradually and faster than the other one I purchased from a different company, I'm writing this review because of the way it makes me feel, I sleep more deeply and feel incredibly well rested in the morning and I didn't expect that! I just ordered another one which will arrive tomorrow. I have had tension in my lower back for years and now my back feels normal again, I look forward every night to lay on it!! I am very satisfied with my purchase and well worth the money. The warm penetrating heat feels incredible!

Think about you are laying on rocks. I didn't and the benefit of the heat is outweighed by the rocks aggravating my fibromygala. It doesn't seem to bother my mom, but she goes lay a towel over the heating pad. (Doesn't help me). I liked the idea of the deeper heat, but it was the safety features that really got me. I hate other brand 2 hour shut offs and the ones that say on get left on and that's a hazard. I love the 8 or 9 hour timer selections, which did work properly. Saves electricity (except shows OF when off) and no burning the house down. Plus the EMF free, but I did not test that. The temperature is in weird numbers maybe celcius. I didn't quite get it figured out before I gave it up. Luckily it is simplistic enough to use or we'd been SOL since it came with no instructions what so ever. Ordered two, one for my mom and one for me, neither came with any instruction nor a reference to a web page with instructions.

The auto timer didn’t shut off the heating pad and it melted the heating pad and my brand new sofa! Amazon said they were going to help me but never even got back with me, so don’t buy it unless you want serious problems and don’t look for Amazon to help, as long as it makes Jeff money they don’t care about you the consumer!!

I have chronic pain from arthritis in my spine and a cervical pinched nerve and sciatica with nerve pain down my right leg. This infrared heating pad is amazing! I sleep on it every night now. Without this infrared heating pad, I woke up every morning in pain, especially if I had rolled onto my back while sleeping. Sleeping on my back on this infrared heating pad, I wake up with no pain! After I get up, pain starts up as usual, but I sleep better so I can handle the chronic pain better while awake! It also works nicely in my comfy chair during the day! I highly recommend it!

This is incredible, I use it every day! I have a spinal disease and my muscles are greatly affected on a chronic basis. Allow your unit to preheat and the stones to heat up and you will feel the relief that this brings as it sends the heat directly into your muscles and bones like you've never felt from a standard style heating pad. I deal with huge muscle knots in my back from nerve problems and often wake up in the morning unable to stand up straight because my muscles are locked up and there is always atleast a few golf ball sized(or larger) knots and laying on this for a bit will soften and loosen my muscles right up and allow those painful knots to release. I've never had such a helpful tool in my regimen box. Highly recommend

I bought this for my cousin's girlfriend she had a broken leg from horse accident she use this every day in combination with ice to avoid additional medicine. I recommended to a client of mine who has pancreatitis and insomnia she uses this for pain and sleep. She has one upstairs for her bed and one downstairs for the television.

The power supply quit working. The heating pad worked great for 4 months until that happened. I have contacted the company to see if I can get a replacement power supply. We'll see what happens. If I get another power supply I'll change the rating to 5 stars.

I love this heating pad. It seems to help loosen up a tight sore back. It is nice and big, so it covers a lot of area at once. If you are sitting up, it is slippery and hard to keep it from sliding down. However, they did add a cord, if you have a place to tie it to keep it in place.
