Excellent product. Zero efforts for cleaning chimney.

Does the job well, works amazingly well when used with hot water. The quantity of 500gm felt a bit on the lower side, I ended up using almost 75% of the cleaner. I was hoping to use this atleast 2 times, for the price I paid.

If you don't want to pay 500 rupees for every service visit then buy this caustic soda. Take your chimney grill and put it in a plastic tub. spread some of the caustic soda on your chimney grill. Pour hot boiling water in the tub. do this process in your gallery and cover your face. Initially some fumes will come out of the tub..but you don't have to do anything just leave the tub for 2 hours and you are done. crystal clear chimney grill. I love this product. It saves me money and hassle for cleaning my chimney. I can use this compound may be 6 or 7 times may be more depending on how often my wife requires cleaning.

3 star only because of packing. The bottle came broken and even the outer amazon pack was torn a bit hence the soda was leaking. And it's really a dangerous packing. Since the bottle was broken,could feel the little fumes and the irritation on my skin while opening the packet. It's really risky for delivery boy to carry such packing, could get skin burn.Otherwise the product is really awesome. It cleans chimney so effortlessly and feels new.

So far I was trying to use various cleaning agents for chimney filters. No one was good. But caustic soda is the best. I will strongly recommend this product to my friends.K A Rengassmi

Sankalp Drain and Chimney Cleaner product is good but the packaging is bad. They need to provide this in an airtight bottle so that caustic soda does not form crystals.

Worst product. All spilled out inside package and the box damaged. No shape. Very bad indeed. Packaging very poor.

Very happy with the product. The chimney grill got cleaned perfectly.. I have taken photo after cleaning.. earlier it was in very bad state.. had tried brushing n all.. nothing worked.. with this product, I just soaked the mesh for half an hour in hot water..after that I just had to rinse it.. no brushing needed.. it saved me lot of effort and time..
